Sonya Madden is a Broker Associate, REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty and co-founder of MJM Group, the Tampa Bay real estate team she leads with Patricia McCullough-Johnson. A Florida native, Sonya brings invaluable local insight and a deep-rooted connection to the community she calls home.

After a successful 20-year career in banking and finance leadership, Sonya found her true calling in real estate in 2021. Her strong financial background, paired with a client-first mindset, makes her a powerful advocate for buyers and sellers alike. Over her career she has achieved more than $20 million in sales volume, building a reputation for professionalism, responsiveness, and results-driven service.

Beyond her work with clients, Sonya actively contributes to the real estate community. She volunteers on the Suncoast Tampa REALTORS® Governmental Affairs Committee and Grievance Committee, serves at the state level as a Director for Florida REALTORS®, and sits on the Advisory Council for the local MLS.

Committed to continual growth, Sonya has earned her Real Estate Broker’s License along with the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations.
