Patricia McCullough-Johnson is a Broker Associate, Residential Community Commercial (RCC) agent, and co-founder of MJM Group, the Tampa Bay real estate team she leads with Sonya Madden. A veteran customer service and leadership professional with more than 28 years of experience, Patricia is committed to helping her clients achieve their goals with the highest level of value and service.

A first-generation Cuban-Colombian American, Patricia brings a multicultural perspective, strong analytical skills, and a relationship-first philosophy to every transaction. She is fluent in English and Spanish and is deeply connected to the communities she serves.

Before real estate, Patricia spent years in management and corporate roles with Publix Super Markets, Inc., overseeing operations, employee training, and business relationships across a large multi-county territory. That service-driven background, combined with deep community roots, earned her a reputation as trustworthy and dependable.

Since affiliating with Coldwell Banker Realty in 2019, Patricia has earned her Broker’s License, numerous designations, and top production honors, including the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation and Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society and Sterling Society awards. She has also served as a Real Estate Sales Instructor with Coldwell Banker.

Patricia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and completed her real estate training at the Tampa School of Real Estate. Centrally based out of the Brandon office, she lives in the area she serves and works throughout Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk, Pinellas, Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties.

Patricia personally guides her clients through every step of the journey. For buyers, she uses targeted trend and pricing analysis to find the right home; for sellers, she builds full-scale marketing and pairs it with highly effective negotiation to deliver strong returns and a smooth closing.

Patricia is married with three children and one grandchild. She enjoys traveling, golf, and Harley rides with her husband. To Patricia, every client is part of the family.
